I've booked up to do a couple of trackdays in August,
Oulton Park(full circuit) on the 4th of August(105db) 9am-5pm open pit lane £199
Anglesey(full circuit) on the 6th of August(108db) 9am-5pm open pit lane £175

Anybody on here fancy one or the other or both!?!!

Thought it might be a good chance to meet some of you guys as Majority of you seem to come from down that way!

Would love a crack at both these circuits but would mean an overnight job. That and the fact I've used up my credits with the wife make it a tricky ask right now! Mark me as a maybe...

lol, no worries! Its a 4 day trip for me so surely you could manage an overnighter!? I'm guessing my misses is having an affair or something as i'm getting to go to the ring at the end of july plus this as well so she must be wanting me out the road for something!

Simon, you know how to tempt me. Where did you book the trackdays from? Maybe post a link. I'll see if i can fit the oulton park one in my calendar.

Wee update guys! just wondering if any of you ar einterested in oulton park on wednesday? Unfortunately Anglesy has been cancelled as they are carrying out "essential track maintenance" . not to worry though i'm sure Oulton park will be enough for me!

You were at the Ring along with the other FD2 guys at 24-25th July??

I never made it to the ring in the end. Two of the people I was going with pulled out so we've postponed for now. If I did go it would have been 5 fd2s there in the same weekend! Good to hear people using the cars for what they were made for!

Well i Hd a brilliant day at Oulton park. All i'll say is some of you guys are sooooo lucky to have a track like that on your door step! awsome! really puts knockhill to shame! Was great to meet Tom, cheers for popping along dude! your car is very nice indeed!
My camera mount wasn't allowed by the marshalls despite being a professional mount as it was a suction mount they wouldn't allow it and nor would they allow me to tape the wee cameras i have to the outside of the car so no video footage unfortunately but here's some of the official pics from the day, hope you guys like!
